From New Delhi to Chennai, major cities across India have started to build metros to ease traffic congestion. But, whether you live in Bangalore or Kolkata, you would be hard pressed to find someone that says traffic congestion has decreased in the last few years.
In addition to the dubious value brought about by a government franchise that is just draining money, a recent study by the Center for Science and Education has claimed that Delhi metro is the second most expensive in the world in terms of ratio of average income!
