Two major investors in Apple, Jana Partners and California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS), who together own $2 billion in Apple stock, want the company to tackle the potential ill-effects of iPhone usage among children.   

“We believe there is a clear need for Apple to offer parents more choices and tools to help them ensure that young consumers are using your products in an optimal manner,” the investors wrote in a letter to the Apple board.
